Frequently asked questions
Is this a genuine Australian-warranty machine?
Yes. We're an authorised retailer. Your machine ships with a full 24-month Australian manufacturer warranty, serviced locally by Coffee Machine Specialist's Brisbane workshop — not a grey-market import.
What warranty do I get and who services it?
A 24-month manufacturer warranty. Service is done by our workshop in Woolloongabba, Brisbane — never shipped overseas. Genuine parts, fast turnaround.
How long does shipping take?
Dispatched from Brisbane within one business day for in-stock items. 3–7 business days delivery nationwide, with tracking emailed on dispatch. Free shipping on every machine.
Can I return it if it's not the right machine?
Unused, unopened machines can be returned within 14 days in original packaging. If yours arrives damaged or develops a fault under warranty, we sort it directly — you don't deal with the manufacturer.
Do I need a separate grinder?
Yes. A machine at this level needs a quality grinder ($500–$1,500) to deliver good shots. Call us if you'd like a recommendation to match your machine and budget.
Can I talk to someone before I buy?
Absolutely. We're specialists, not a marketplace — call 1300 551 626 and we'll give you honest advice on the right machine for your setup.
Why buy from Barista Outlet?
- Australian-owned — Brisbane workshop, not a drop-shipper.
- Local service — every machine warrantied and repaired here, not overseas.
- Direct sourcing — same authorised machines as the big retailers, hundreds less.
- Specialists, not a marketplace — call us before you buy and we'll tell you the truth.
