Where we ship
Australia-wide. We're based in Brisbane and dispatch from our Woolloongabba workshop.
What it costs
- Espresso machines and grinders — free shipping, anywhere in Australia, no minimum.
- Accessories and consumables — free shipping on orders over $100. Below $100, a small flat rate applies, calculated at checkout.
How long it takes

Dispatch timing
Orders placed before 1pm Brisbane time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves us. If you don't see it within one business day of ordering, check your spam folder, then email sales@coffeemachinespecialist.com.au and we'll chase it.
Insurance
Every machine and grinder ships fully insured. If a courier damages your machine in transit, we replace it — you don't pay the difference.

Pickup is available from our Brisbane workshop at 199 Logan Road, Woolloongabba QLD 4102 by appointment. Email or call 1300 551 626 first so we can have your order ready.
