Warranty

What you get

Every espresso machine we sell carries a full 24-month manufacturer warranty, covering parts and labour. Grinders are typically 24 months as well; accessories follow the manufacturer's standard term.

Who services it

This is the part most customers underestimate. Your warranty is serviced by our own workshop in Woolloongabba, Brisbane — not shipped overseas, not handed off to a third-party repair agent, not delayed for weeks while parts move between countries.

Coffee Machine Specialist has been servicing prosumer espresso since 2013. We hold spares for every machine we sell, and we know each one inside out.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Failures of internal components (pumps, valves, thermostats, PID, boilers, group heads) under normal home use
  • Parts and labour, both

What's not covered

  • Damage from scale build-up due to skipped descaling. Use a softener and follow the maintenance schedule in your manual.
  • Damage from chlorinated water or aggressive cleaners not approved by the manufacturer.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear: scratches, dings, discolouration from normal use.
  • Commercial use. Our warranty covers home and prosumer use, not cafe deployment.

Genuine product, no grey market

We source every machine through the manufacturer's authorised Australian channels. This is what gives you the local warranty — a grey-market import doesn't have it, and you'll find out the hard way when it breaks and the AU distributor won't touch it.

How to make a claim

  1. Email sales@coffeemachinespecialist.com.au with your order number and a description of the fault. Photos or a short video help.
  2. We'll triage. Many issues are settings or simple fixes we can guide you through over the phone.
  3. If it needs the workshop, we organise pickup or postage. You don't pay for warranty freight.
  4. We diagnose, repair, and return.

After the warranty ends

We service every machine we sell beyond the warranty period at our standard workshop rate. Spares are held locally so you're never waiting on overseas freight. You don't have to throw the machine out at month 25.
