What to expect when you call

You'll talk to someone who's pulled shots on every machine on the site. We'll ask about your setup (single drinker or two, espresso or milk drinks, kitchen space, water hardness, budget) and tell you honestly which machine — or no machine — makes sense.

After-sales support

Every machine we sell carries a full 24-month Australian warranty and is serviced locally by our workshop. If something goes wrong, you don't ship it overseas, you don't wait six weeks, and you don't talk to a script — you talk to a technician who has been servicing prosumer espresso for over a decade.
